كلام أبي الدرداء ﵁Sayings of Abu al-Darda’ رضي الله عنه
Hadith 37311
٣٧٣١١ - حدثنا ابن مهدي عن سفيان عن زياد بن فياض عن أبي حازم (قال) (١): قالت أم الدرداء (لأبي الدرداء) (٢): يجيء الشيخ فيصلي، ويجيء الشاب فلا يصلي، فقال أبو الدرداء: كل في ثواب قد أعد له (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hazim that he says: Hazrat Umm Darda (may Allah be pleased with her) said to Hazrat Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him): When an old man comes, he performs the prayer, but when a young man comes, he does not perform the prayer. Upon this, Hazrat Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Everyone is in reward, and for that he has been prepared.
