Hadith 37285
٣٧٢٨٥ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن أبي (إسحاق) (١) عن أبي (الأحوص) (٢) عن عبد اللَّه قال: كاد الجعل أن يعذب في (جحره) (٣) بذنب بن آدم، ثم قرأ: ﴿وَلَوْ ⦗٣٤٢⦘ يُؤَاخِذُ اللَّهُ النَّاسَ بِمَا كَسَبُوا (٤)﴾ [فاطر: ٤٥] (٥).
It is narrated from Abdullah, he says: It is near that even the wasp may be punished in its hole because of the sins of the son of Adam. Then he, may Allah be pleased with him, recited this verse: { وَلَوْ یُؤَاخِذُ اللَّہُ النَّاسَ بِمَا کَسَبُوا }.
