It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Safar that he says: During the illness of Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), some of his brothers came to visit him and they said to Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him): O successor of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Should we not call a physician for you who will examine you? Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The physician has already examined me. The people asked: Then what did he say to you? Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) replied: The physician said, "Whatever I have decided to do, I will surely do it."
