Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Abi Bakrah narrates from his father that he said: A man came to the service of the Noble Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and asked: "Who among the people is the best?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied: "The one whose life is long and whose deeds are good." The questioner asked: "Who among the people is the worst?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied: "The one whose life is long and whose deeds are bad."
