Hadith 36737
٣٦٧٣٧ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: أخبرنا حميد عن أنس أن عبد اللَّه بن سلام أتى رسول اللَّه ﷺ (مقدمه المدينة) (١) (فسأله) (٢) ما أول ما يأكله أهل الجنة؟ فقال: "أخبرني جبريل آنفا: أن أول ما يأكله أهل الجنة زيادة كبد حوت" (٣). حدثنا زيد بن (الحباب) (٤) عن أسامة بن زيد عن محمد بن كعب قال: (يرى) (٥) في الجنة كهيئة البرق (فقيل) (٦): ما هذا؟ (قيل) (٧): رجل من أهل عليين تحول من غرفة إلى غرفة.
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that Hazrat Abdullah bin Salam (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the service of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in Madinah and asked, "What will be the first thing that the people of Paradise will eat?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Hazrat Jibreel (peace be upon him) has informed me that the first food of the people of Paradise will be the extra lobe of the fish's liver."
