Hadith 36162
٣٦١٦٢ - حدثنا شيخ لنا قال: سمعت جعفرا (يحدث) (١) عن أبيه قال: أسلم علي وهو ابن سبع، وقبض رسول اللَّه ﷺ وهو ابن سبع وعشرين، وقتل (علي) (٢) وهو ابن سبع وخمسين (٣).
Hazrat Ja'far (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from his father that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) embraced Islam at the age of seven. At the time of the demise of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) his age was twenty-seven years, and Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) was martyred at the age of fifty-seven.
