العبد يخرج قبل سيده من دار الحربA Slave Who Escapes from Dar al-Harb Before His Master
Hadith 35847
٣٥٨٤٧ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا شريك عن سماك عن عكرمة قال: كان الرجل إذا جاء من العدو مسلما قبل ماله ثم جاء ماله بعده كان أحق به، وإن جاء ماله قبله (كان) (١) (حرًا) (٢).
Hazrat Ikrimah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that if a person becomes Muslim in the land of the enemy and comes to the Muslims before his property (slave), and then later his property arrives, then he has a greater right to his property. But if his slave arrives before him, then the slave will be considered free.
