٣٥٧٦٤ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا سفيان عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في أهل الذمة يسبيهم العدو ثم يظهر عليهم المسلمون، قال: لا يسترقون.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if the dhimmis are captured by the enemy and then the Muslims overpower them, those captives will not be considered slaves.
