Hadith 35763
٣٥٧٦٣ - حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن مساور الوراق قال: سألت الشعبي عن امرأة من أهل الذمة سباها العدو ثم ظهر عليها المسلمون فوقعت في سهم رجل منهم، قال: ترد إلى (أهل عهدها) (١).
Hazrat Masawar Al-Warraq (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding a woman from among the dhimmis who was captured by the enemies, then the Muslims overpowered them and she came into the share of a Muslim woman; what is the ruling about her? Hazrat Sha'bi replied: Those with whom there is a covenant will be returned.
