ما قالوا في إقامة الصفRulings regarding the straightening of rows
Hadith 3575
٣٥٧٥ - (حدثنا) أبو معاوية عن عاصم (١) عن أبي عثمان قال: ما رأيت أحدا كان أشد (تعاهدا) (٢) للصف من عمر إن كان (ليستقبل) (٣) القبلة حتى إذا قلنا: قد كبر التفت فنظر إلى المناكب والأقدام، وإن كان (ليبعث) (٤) رجالا يطردون الناس حتى يلحقوهم بالصفوف (٥).
Hazrat Abu Uthman says that I have not seen anyone more careful than Hazrat Umar in straightening the rows. Sometimes it would happen that he would face the Qiblah and begin to say the Takbeer, then turn around and look at our shoulders and feet. Hazrat Umar used to send a person who would make people stand in the rows.
