٣٥٧١٢ - حدثنا حفص عن عاصم عن أبي عثمان أن عمر جعل على أهل السواد ضيافة ثلاثة أيام لابن السبيل (١).
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) made it obligatory upon the people of Iraq to host a traveler for three days.
