Hadith 35678
٣٥٦٧٨ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن ابن أبي نجيح عن مجاهد قال: أيما مدينة فتحت عنوة فأسلم أهلها فهم أحرار، وأموالهم للمسلمين.
Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) says that any city which is conquered by force, then if its inhabitants accept Islam, they will be free and their wealth will go to the Muslims.
