٣٥٦٧٠ - (و) (١) عن (مغيرة) (٢) عن إبراهيم، ﴿وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنْ قَوْمٍ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ مِيثَاقٌ﴾ [النساء: ٩٢]، قالا: الرجل يسلم في دار الحرب فيقتله الرجل ليس عليه الدية، وعليه الكفارة.
35670 - (W) (1) From (Mughira) (2) from Ibrahim, regarding: "And if he was from a people between you and them there is a treaty" [النساء: ٩٢], they said: A man accepts Islam in the land of war and another man kills him, there is no blood money upon him, but the expiation is due.
