في الطعام والعلف يؤخذ منه الشيء في أرض العدوUsing Food and Fodder Found in Enemy Territory
Hadith 35575
٣٥٥٧٥ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا إسرائيل عن جابر عن عامر قال: لا بأس بالطعام والعلف يوجد في أرض العدو (١) أن يأكلوا منه و (أن) (٢) (يعلفوا) (٣) دوابهم فما بيع منه فهو بين المسلمين.
Hazrat Aamir (may Allah have mercy on him) says that there is no harm in eating the food and feeding the fodder found in the enemy's land to the animals, and whatever is sold from it will be common among the Muslims.
