Hadith 35574
٣٥٥٧٤ - حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش عن يحيى بن أبي عمرو الشيباني عن عبد اللَّه ابن محيريز وخالد بن (دريك) (١) وغيرهم أنهم كانوا يقولون في الرجل يصيب الطعام والعلف في أرض الروم فقالوا: (يأكل ويطعم ويعلف) (٢)، (فإن) (٣) باع شيئًا من (ذلك) (٤) بذهب (أو) (٥) فضة رده إلى غنائم المسلمين.
Hazrat Abdullah bin Muhairiz (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Khalid (may Allah be pleased with him) and others said regarding the person who found food and fodder in the land of Rome: He should eat the food and use the fodder, and if he sells any of it for gold or silver, then he should include it in the spoils of the Muslims.
