Hadith 35571
٣٥٥٧١ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا سفيان عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: كانوا يرخصون في الطعام والعلف ما لم (يعتقدوا) (١) مالا.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the noble Companions j used to permit the use of food and fodder before the spoils of war were gathered. As long as people did not collect them as property.
