Hadith 35459
٣٥٤٥٩ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا سفيان عن منصور قال: سألت إبراهيم عن الإمام يبعث السرية فتغنم، قال: إن شاء نفلهم إياه كله وإن شاء خمسه.
Hazrat Mansur (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I asked Ibrahim (may Allah be pleased with him) whether an Imam sends a detachment and they obtain spoils of war? He replied: If the Imam wishes, he may give them an extra share, and if he wishes, he may take out the khums (one-fifth).
