Hadith 35456
٣٥٤٥٦ - حدثنا أبو أسامة عن هشام عن الحسن قال: إذا خرجت سرية بإذن الإمام فغنموا أخذ الإمام الخصم وسائره لهم.
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if a detachment sets out for jihad without the permission of the Imam and they obtain spoils, then the Imam will take one-fifth from it, and the rest will belong to them.
