في الفارس كم يقسم له؟ من قال: ثلاثة أسهم؟How Much Share Does a Horseman Receive?
Hadith 35394
٣٥٣٩٤ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: أخبرنا عمرو بن ميمون قال: كتب عمر ابن عبد العزيز إلى أهل الجزيرة أما بعد: فإن السهام كانت على عهد رسول اللَّه ﷺ: سهمين للفرس، وسهما للرجل، فلم أظن أن أحدا هَمَّ بانتقاص فريضة منها حتى فعل ذلك رجال ممن يقاتل هذه الحصون، فأعيدوا سهمانها على ما كانت عليه على عهد رسول اللَّه ﷺ: سهمين للفرس وسهما للرجل، وكيف (توضع) (١) سهمان الخيل (وهي) (٢) بإذن اللَّه لمسرحهم بالليل (ولمسالحهم) (٣) بالنهار، ولطلب ما يطلبون.
Hazrat Amr bin Maymoon (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz wrote to the people of Jazirah: "To proceed! In the blessed era of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him), two shares were fixed for a horse and one share for a rider. Then why does anyone, with the intention of reducing their share, put them in doubt and hesitation, until people made it so? Among those who fight in these forts, return to them the shares that were in the time of the Messenger of Allah __QUR_N__, those shares were that two shares were fixed for a horse and one share for its rider. How do you reduce the share of the horse, whereas by Allah’s command it grazes in the pasture at night, and during the day is assigned to guard the borders, and also because the horses seek what the Mujahideen seek."
