Hadith 35302
٣٥٣٠٢ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا عكرمة بن عمار عن إياس بن سلمة بن الأكوع عن أبيه قال: بارزت رجلًا فقتلته، فقال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "من قتل هذا؟ "، قال: ابن الأكوع، قال: "له سلبه" (١).
Hazrat Iyas bin Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Hazrat Salamah bin Akwa’ (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I confronted a man and I killed him. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: Who killed this person? The people said: Ibn Akwa’ did. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The property of the slain will belong to Ibn Akwa’.
