من جعل السلب للقاتلOne Who Considers the Spoils Taken from the Slain as the Right of the Killer
Hadith 35295
٣٥٢٩٥ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: أخبرنا حماد بن سلمة عن إسحاق بن عبد اللَّه بن أبي طلحة عن أنس (أن) (١) رسول اللَّه ﷺ قال يوم حنين: "من قتل قتيلًا ⦗٣٦٢⦘ فله سلبه"، فقتل أبو طلحة يومئذ عشربن رجلا فأخذ أسلابهم (٢).
Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said on the day of the Battle of Hunayn: Whoever kills a man, then the belongings of the slain will belong to him. Thus, Hazrat Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) killed twenty men that day and took their belongings.
