Hadith 34904
٣٤٩٠٤ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الشيباني عن أبي عون محمد بن عبيد اللَّه الثقفي قال: وضع عمر على أهل السواد على كل جريب عامر أو غامر قفيزا ودرهما، وعلى جريب الرطبة خمسة دراهم وخمسة أقفزة، وعلى جريب الشجر عشرة دراهم وعشرة أقفزة، وعلى جريب الكرم عشرة دراهم وعشرة أقفزة، ولم يذكر النخل (١).
Hazrat Abu Awn Muhammad bin Ubaidullah Al-Thaqafi (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) fixed for the people of Sawad one qafiz and one dirham on every cultivated or uncultivated land; and for vegetable cultivation, he fixed five dirhams and five qafiz; and for tree cultivation, he fixed ten dirhams and ten qafiz; and for grape cultivation, he also fixed ten dirhams and ten qafiz. And he did not mention dates.
