ما قالوا: في الكنز يوجد في أرض العدوThose Who Spoke Regarding Treasure Found in Enemy Territory
Hadith 34887
٣٤٨٨٧ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن عاصم عن الحسن قال: إذا وجد الكنز في أرض العدو ففيه الخمس، وإذا وجد في أرض العرب ففيه الزكاة.
Hazrat Asim (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) said: If a treasure is found in the enemy's land, then khums (one-fifth) will be obligatory on it. And if a treasure is found in the land of Arabia, then zakat will be obligatory on it.
