ما قالوا: في المجوسية (تسبى) وتوطأThose Who Spoke Regarding Intercourse with Captive Magian Women
Hadith 34851
٣٤٨٥١ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: إذا سبيت ⦗٢٤١⦘ المجوسيات (وعبدة) (١) الأوثان عرض (عليهن) (٢) الإسلام و (أجبرن) (٣) (عليه) (٤) فإن أسلمن وطئن واستخدمن، كان أبين أن يسلمن استخدمن ولم (يوطأن) (٥).
Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) stated: When Magian women or idolater women are captured, Islam will be presented to them and they will be compelled to accept Islam. If they accept Islam, then intercourse will be permitted with them and they will be made to serve. And if they refuse to accept Islam, then service will be taken from them but intercourse will not be permitted with them.
