Hadith 34828
٣٤٨٢٨ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه أن إبراهيم بن سعد سأل ابن عباس ما يؤخذ من أموال أهل الذمة؟ قال: العفو (١).
Hazrat Tawus (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Ibrahim bin Sa’d (may Allah have mercy on him) asked Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) about the wealth taken from the dhimmis. He (may Allah be pleased with him) replied: More than necessity.
