٣٤٦٤٨ - حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: جعل رسول اللَّه ﷺ فداء (العربي) (١) يوم بدر أربعين أوقية، وجعل فداء (المولى) (٢) عشرين أوقية، (والأوقية) (٣) أربعون درهمًا (٤).
Hazrat Mughira narrates that Ibrahim, may Allah have mercy on him, said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, on the day of the Battle of Badr, set the ransom for an Arab at forty uqiyah, and the ransom for a slave at twenty uqiyah. And one uqiyah is equal to forty dirhams.
