Hazrat Qais (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) asked: O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! Who is the most beloved to you among the people? The Prophet (ﷺ) replied: Why? He (may Allah be pleased with him) said: So that we may also love the one whom you love. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Among the people, the most beloved to me is "Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her)." He (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I am not asking you about women, but I am asking about the men among them. So the Prophet (ﷺ) replied once: Her father, and once said: "Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him)."
