Hadith 33794
٣٣٧٩٤ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن قال (في) (١) من أسلم على ميرات قال: يرث ما لم يقسم.
Hasan says that whoever accepts Islam at the time of the distribution of inheritance will be an heir as long as the inheritance has not been distributed, and in the case of a slave who is freed at the time of inheritance, he said that he will be an heir as long as the inheritance has not been distributed.
