Hadith 33786
٣٣٧٨٦ - حدثنا هشيم عن أدهم السدوسي عن أناس من قومه أن امرأة ماتت وهي مسلمة وتركت أما لها نصرانية، فأسلمت أمها قبل أن يقسم ميراث ابنتها، فأتوا عليًا فذكروا ذلك له فقال: لا ميراث لها، ثم قال: (كم) (١) تركت؟ فأخبروه فقال: (أنيلوها) (٢) (منه) (٣) بشيء (٤).
Adham Sudosi narrates from some men of his tribe that a woman died and she was a Muslim, and she left behind her Christian mother. Then her mother accepted Islam before the daughter's inheritance was distributed. So the heirs came to Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). He said, "She has no share in the inheritance." Then he asked, "How much wealth did she leave behind?" When they informed him, he said, "Give her something from it."
