Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Qatadah narrates that a woman gifted the wala’ (right of inheritance) of her freed slaves to her husband, so Hisham bin Hubairah said: In my opinion, it belongs to her husband as long as he is alive; when he dies, I will return it to the heirs of the woman.
