Hadith 33777
٣٣٧٧٧ - حدثنا جرير عن منصور قال: سألت إبراهيم عن رجل أعتق رجلًا فانطلق المعتق فوالى غيره، قال: ليس له (ذاك) (١) إلا أن يهبه المعتق.
Mansur narrates that I asked Ibrahim about a man who freed another man, then the freed person went and made another man his guardian. He said that this is not permissible for him unless the one who freed him gifts him (to the other).
