في الرجل يموت ولا يعرف له وارثRegarding a Man Who Dies with No Known Heir
Hadith 33752
٣٣٧٥٢ - حدثنا يزيد (١) قال: ثنا محمد بن إسحاق عن يعقوب بن عتبة عن سليمان بن يسار قال: توفي رجل من الحبشة فأتي رسول اللَّه ﷺ بميراثه قال: "انظروا هل (له) (٢) وارث؟ " فلم يجدوا له وارثًا، فقال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "انظروا (من هاهنا) (٣) من مسلمي الحبشة فادفعوا إليهم ميراثه" (٤).
Sulaiman bin Yasar narrates that a man from Habsha (Abyssinia) passed away, and his inheritance was brought to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "See if he has any heir?" The people did not find any heir for him. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "See who among the Muslims from Habsha is here? Give his inheritance to him."
