٣٣٧٤٥ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن في رجل والى رجلًا فأسلم على يديه قال: لا يرثه إلا أنه إن شاء أوصى له بماله كله.
Yunus reports from Hasan regarding the man who forms an alliance (muwalat) with another man, and that person accepts Islam at his hand. He said that he will not be his heir, except that if he wishes, he can make a bequest for him of the entire wealth.
