Hadith 33735
٣٣٧٣٥ - حدثنا ابن نمير قال: ثنا عبد العزيز بن عمر قال: قضى أبي في رجل من أهل الذمة أسلم على يدي رجل فمات وترك ابنة، فأعطى ابنته النصف وأعطى الذي أسلم على يديه النصف.
Umar bin Abdul Aziz narrates that Hazrat Abi gave a verdict regarding a man from among the Dhimmis who had accepted Islam at the hand of someone and then died, leaving behind a daughter. He gave half of the wealth to his daughter, and half to the one at whose hand he had accepted Islam.
