في الرجل يسلم على يدي رجل ثم يموت: من قال: يرثه؟Regarding a Man Who Embraces Islam at Someone's Hands and Then Dies—Who Says That Person Inherits from Him?
Hadith 33731
٣٣٧٣١ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا عبد العزيز (بن عمر بن عبد العزيز) (١) (عن عبد اللَّه) (٢) بن موهب قال: سمعت تميما الداري يقول: قلت: يا رسول اللَّه، ما ⦗٣٨٨⦘ السنة في الرجل من أهل الكتاب يسلم على يدي الرجل من المسلمين؟ قال: "هو أولى الناس (بمحياه) (٣) ومماته" (٤).
Hazrat Tamim Dari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I asked, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! What is the practice regarding a person from the People of the Book who accepts Islam at the hand of any Muslim?" He replied, "He will be among the people in his lifetime and after his death, he will be his heir."
