Hadith 33716
٣٣٧١٦ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا مسعر وسفيان عن عمران بن مسلم بن رياح الثقفي عن عبد اللَّه بن معقل عن علي قال: الولاء شعبة من الرق، فمن أحرز الميراث أحرز الولاء (١).
Abdullah bin Ma’qil narrates from Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: Wala’ (the bond of allegiance) is a branch of slavery, so whoever inherits will also receive the wala’.
