٣٣٧١٤ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن الشيباني عن الشعبي عن شريح أنه قضى فيه كما يقضي في المال.
Shu’bi narrates that Shurayh gave the same verdict regarding this as is given in the case of wealth, and ‘Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Zayd (may Allah be pleased with him) used to give it to the elder.
