Hadith 33707
٣٣٧٠٧ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا سفيان عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: اختصم علي والزبير في مولى لصفية إلى عمر فقضى عمر بالميراث للزبير والعقل على علي (١).
Ibrahim narrates that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) went to Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) to seek a judgment regarding the freed slave of Safiyyah. Umar gave the decision of inheritance in favor of Zubair and the decision of indemnity upon Ali (may Allah be pleased with him).
