٣٣٧٠٢ - وعن قتادة عن حميد بن عبد الرحمن وعكرمة بن خالد عن يزيد بن عبد الملك (قالا) (١): ما ولدت وهو مملوك فالولاء لموالي الأم، وما ولدت وهو حر فالولاء لموالي الأب.
33702 - From Qatadah, from Humayd ibn Abd al-Rahman and Ikrimah ibn Khalid, from Yazid ibn Abd al-Malik (they both said): "Whoever is born while he is a slave, the wala' is for the mawali of the mother; and whoever is born while he is free, the wala' is for the mawali of the father."
