Hadith 33699
٣٣٦٩٩ - حدثنا عبد الصمد بن عبد الوارث عن حماد بن سلمة عن قتادة عن سعيد وخلاس أنهما قالا: إذا تزوج المملوك الحرة فولدت أولادا، ثم أعتق (فإنه) (١) يجر الولاء.
Qatadah narrates from Hazrat Saeed and Khallas that it was said: When a slave marries a free woman and she bears many children, then if he is set free, he acquires the right of wala (inheritance/loyalty).
