٣٣٦٤٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن ابن جريج عن رجل عن عمر بن عبد العزيز قال: لا (ترث) (١) النساء من الولاء إلا ما كاتبن أو أعتقن.
Umar bin Abdul Aziz says that women inherit the right of wala only from those whom they make mukatab or set free.
