٣٣٦٤٠ - قال: وقال أبو حنيفة: هي من أربعة: للذي لم يدع سهمان، وللمدعي سهم، (وللمدعى سهم) (١).
33640 - He said: And Abu Hanifa said: It is from four: for the one who did not claim, two shares; for the claimant, one share; (and for the one claimed against, one share) (1).
