Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

A’mash narrates that Ibrahim said regarding the man whose brotherhood is acknowledged by one among several brothers while the rest deny it, that this brother will share in the inheritance with them, just like a slave who is jointly owned by several brothers and one of them frees his share. He says that ‘Amir, Hakam, and their companions used to say that he will be included in the share of the one who acknowledged his lineage.
