Hadith 33594
٣٣٥٩٤ - حدثنا هشيم عن يونس عن الحسن أنه كان يقول: إذا مات الصبي وأحد أبويه مسلم، قال: يرثه المسلم منهما دون الكافر منهما.
Yunus narrates that Hasan used to say that when a child dies and one of his parents is a Muslim, then the Muslim will inherit from him, not the disbeliever.
