Hadith 33567
٣٣٥٦٧ - حدثنا حاتم بن وردان عن يونس قال: سئل الحسن عن ميراث السائبة فقال: كل (عتق) (١) سائبة.
Yunus reports that Hasan was asked about the inheritance of a slave who was freed by his master on the condition that he would have no patronage (wala) over him. He replied, "This is the ruling for every freed person."
