Hadith 33565
٣٣٥٦٥ - حدثنا ابن علية عن التيمي عن بكر بن عبد اللَّه المزني أن ابن عمر أتي بثلاثين ألفًا، قال: أحسبه، قال: (أعتقه) (١) سائبة (فأمر أن يشترى) (٢) به (رقاب) (٣) (٤).
Bakr bin Abdullah Muzani says that thirty thousand dirhams were brought to Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them). The narrator says that this is my assumption, that the one who brought it said to leave it in such a way that it has no guardian. He (Ibn Umar) said that a slave should be bought with it.
