Hadith 33561
٣٣٥٦١ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان في مجوسي تزوج ابنته فأصاب منها ابنتين، ثم ماتت إحداهما بعد موت الأب، قال: لأختها لأبيها ولأمها النصف، ولأختها ⦗٣٥٤⦘ لأبيها وهي أمها السدس تكملة الثلثين، حجبت (نفسها) (١) بنفسها.
Waki‘ narrated from Sufyan regarding that Magian who marries his own daughter, then has two daughters from her, and after the father's death, if one of them dies. He said: Her full sister gets half of the wealth, and her paternal sister, who is her mother, gets one-sixth of the wealth, to complete two-thirds of the wealth. He deprived himself because of his own self.
