في القاتل لا يرث شيئاRegarding the Killer: He Does Not Inherit Anything
Hadith 33542
٣٣٥٤٢ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا علي بن مبارك عن يحيى بن أبي كثير عن علي في رجل قتل أمه (فقال) (١): إن كان خطأ ورث، وإن كان عمدا لم يرث (٢).
Yahya bin Abi Kathir narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said about the man who killed his mother, that if he killed her by mistake, he will be an heir, and if he killed her intentionally, he will not be an heir. Waki’ says that both the one who kills intentionally and the one who kills by mistake will inherit the blood money, not the property.
