Hadith 33540
٣٣٥٤٠ - حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: إن قتله خطأ (ورثه) (١) من ماله، ولم يرث من ديته، وإن قتله عمدا لم يرث من ماله ولا من ديته.
Ibn Jurayj narrates from Hazrat Ata that he said: If the killer kills by mistake, then he will inherit from the deceased's property but not from the deceased's blood money. However, if he kills intentionally, then he will neither inherit from his property nor from his blood money.
