Hadith 33539
٣٣٥٣٩ - حدثنا ابن أبي (غنية) (١) عن أبيه عن الحكم قال: إذا قتل الرجل ابنه أو أخاه لم يرثه، وورثه أقرب الناس بعده.
Abu Ghaniyyah narrates that Hazrat Hakam said: When a man kills his son or brother, he will not be his heir; apart from him, the person who is closer to the deceased will be his heir.
